Each apartment has it’s own septic system and water meter. Your water will is based on only your water consumption. There are no transfer fees or deposits. Electricity is powered by Wood County Electric Co-Op’s SmartPower. The pay-as-you-go purchasing system allows you to manage your cash flow by purchasing the electricity you need, when you need it. A great conservation tool for your home. Management provides you with a SmartCard. This also saves you time and money because there is no service transfers or deposits.
The complex features “Easy Navigation”, there are no stairs and no curbs throughout the property. Each unit is equipped with full size washer dryer connections, a full size oven, refridgerator and dishwasher. Easy care stained concrete floors in the main living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Some two-bedroom units also feature a step-in shower. All two-bedroom apartments include a back access door with a concrete patio.
